“Three story townhouse sandwiched between others. Only issues with noise at night. There's a park close by that's frequented by lots of families in the evening. Driving into DC was pretty easy, and this home was a great base of operations. Some details in the house were a little shabby, which is understandable as a full-time rental.”

“The property's location was at first, questionable but turned out to be okay for our 2 night stay visiting Washington DC and environs. It was close enough to a metro station but not walkable. The unit was minimally furnished but had most essentials. The biggest disappointment was the very dirty carpeting and other hardscape flooring. Large obvious spots were on the bedroom carpets and appeared to have been there for some time. It wouldn't be too much to expect to have had them cleaned, as……

Everything was comfortable, but there’s no thermostat down there to adjust the temperature settings, do you are at the mercy of what the host has it set on.Overall good experience.”
