"Well, this property is new so the property itself is fine staff wise manager I gave her A+ the clerk desk. I will give him maybe a C+ due to the fact that he could not handle our situation when we got there in order to get a room and we give him time and came back later which he still could not fix an a manager had to take over and fix the problem and give us a room that we have booked one thing which you only stay one night was that one of the sheets was stained which the next day I did tell the manager about it not to complain just to tell her this is what’s going on and she appreciate it cause I took pictures of it and was able to give me her business card for the next time to come around in case we come to town and stay one night or several nights"

"Absolutely perfect! The pool was large with plenty of seating with spectacular views. The Tiki bar/restaurant was amazing. Staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and pleasant. We will go back!"

"The room was well done. It was just small. The bathroom is super small. The sitting room is small, but whoever designed the room thought about the space and made the most of the sq ft. The quality of the finishes were very good. It isn’t right on the beach like we expected, check-in is off-site but the room was nice if you don’t mind small. The price was high but I think that is because of the island. "

"I was promised a walk-in shower room for my 88 year-old mother and it was a regular bathroom with a tub..: when I spilled a little bit of water on the floor and wiped it up with a cloth,it was dirty…In my mother‘s bathroom the handle for the bathtub faucet and showerhead was very loose,but it did work. The tub in my room idrained very very slowly."

"Its incredible that at $800 per night rate you wouldn’t have any beach/pool towel.We were told to use the bathroom ones so if we use those then after taking a shower what will happen??? This place is over rated and for sure with that price-benefits im not a returning customer for sure."
