"This is the worse experience in this hotel. It was noisy all night. The staff knocked my door at 10pm while i was sleeping and asking me whether i am showing with lots of water on the floor because downstair is leaking. I am sorry but i think the crack on the bathroom wall caused this problem thousands ..."

"Absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Gothem. They made it super special for my partner's birthday. The staff were cheerful, warm and welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean. The hotel isn't just a hotel, it is an experience and we loved every minute."
