Leider war das Haus gar nicht in dem Zustand, der versprochen war. Nach einer Woche selber Reparieren, Müll wegrāumen und Putzen, Veranlassung das Dinge, die fehlen oder kaputt sind, beschafft werden (Lampen, Gabeln, Glühbirnen), völlig verdreckte Stühle reinigen lassen, sind wir in dem insgesamt recht abgewohnten Haus klargekommen. Es hat einen schönen Garten (ohne Mōbel), freundliche Nachbarn und liegt günstig zur Stadt. Die Kommunikation über all die Mängel, die Stück für Stück auftraten und nicht zu entschuldigen sind, war immer schnell und auf Lösung bedacht.
