“On arrival the staff were not welcoming.
The hall and stairways are scruffy with a terrible smell.
Room 7 is very in need of refurbishment.
There is a terrible smell in the room of drains and stale air.
There are dirty marks on the walls.
The base of the bed and carpet are old and have soiled marks on.
When the taps in the bathroom are turned on, when the toilet is flushed or when having a shower the noise from the pipes is very loud and sounds like a ships funnel.

“房間寬敞、床睡得很舒適、屋主很友善，很樂意為住客解答問題，樓梯及走廊都有現役和前利物浦球員以及名宿的照片，如果身為利物浦球迷值得花時間一看，附近有大型超級市場，晚上要「補給」也很方便(開到午夜十二點)，早餐的款式亦算多，要留意的是房間沒有冷氣，但以英國的氣溫來說，沒有冷氣都還算可以。唯一缺點是位置較遠離市中心，出入要行一段約10分鐘的路到火車站再轉乘火車到市中心，而且班次不太密(尤其是星期日)，出入要預留多些交通時間。”

“Room itself is fine
Area looks very rough and run down lot of derelict buildings on the streets close by. We witnessed a drug deal at end of the street
No shower curtain, few sachets of tea and coffee
We would not recommend this place to anyone”
