「Bathroom was quite tired looking, cracks and flaking paint and smelled a bit of drains. The curtains weren't big enough to cover the full length of the window so when they shut in the middle there were big gaps at each side. When another party in my booking tried to check-in later they were told by staff there was no room booked in their name, and then were given a room key to someone else in the bookings room, only to find out when they opened the door and the person cried out to let them know...

「前台服務員專業有禮，特别是 Nathan 表現親切。但房間的 整潔程度需要改善，被安排一間壞了空調的房間，不能提供房間更換，只退回20%房費及送兩杯飲品作補償(酒店的回贈還算合理)， 另外一提: 早餐廳部份服務員禮貌及態度極需要改善。但我們是希望有個好的住宿體驗，但今次未能達到。」

「We arrived at approximately 9pm, slightly later than advised. Although the front door was locked, the manager (I assume) was still there, cleaning. He let us in when I telephoned and kindly carried our case up to the room. The room itself was clean, fresh, well equipped. However, the room was extremely cold on arrival. 「酒店太殘舊，浴室花灑舊式、制式不易扭動，電視天線最容易鬆脫，房間窗戶太殘舊，窗簾布感覺污糟，電掣插蘇位置不方便，沒有USB插頭位，沒有提供浴室沖涼及洗髮路。將不會再選擇入住。」
