"We had room 123 a lower atrium room, we moved to room 821, the lower room was not private,everyoy in the bar below could see straight into our room. Room 821 had a noisy AC that rattled and made a ticking noise all night, I reported it in the morning. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We didn't sleep well and the room was claustrophobic, the bathroom was cramped. We wouldn't stay again, unless we had no choice."

"Nice hotel Close to the exhibition centre Rooms were great with nice showers and comfy beds Only issue is bar closed at just after 11 forcing us to leave the hotel and go over the road when we wanted to continue our evening - would be a good idea to publicise this"

"Check-in was quick. Need to use your room card to go in the lift on the ground floor. Room was clean, bathroom small but ok. Tea and coffee in room-no biscuits as I usually get in other hotels. Didn't have breakfast this time but it has been fine on previous visits"
