**Hidden fees** (compulsory deposit after paying/booking)**wrong address****leaky toilet****broken TV****no toilet roll**() Very communicative throughout the booking process, nice house and rooms, parking/wifi. (-) paid extra for early check in, only to find the cleaner still there and we were unable to use any facilities until 4pm anyway. I also had to clean some of downstairs kitchen myself. I did the dishes and relined the bin, which I didn’t mind as the cleaner needed help however this is not something I should do having paid extra to check in early and and additional cleaning fee.I requested a refund for this and still haven’t been given an adequate response regarding this 2 months later! 1. The address was wrong.i got sent to someone’s house. key was not in the lockbox of the correct house. Cleaner provided spare key. 2. TV was broken in the front room.3. Leak in the upstairs toilet4. No toilet roll or kitchen roll or kitchen towels. We had to buy our own tissue roll and kitchen roll.5. Balloons left from previous parties6. In the middle of the night we were woken up by a group of people claiming they had booked the same bnb. We exchanged our booking confirmations, I tested out another key that was on our keyring and it worked. The cleaner had given me both keys. very unprofessional, unorganised and quite disturbing for us to be woken up in the middle of the night. Be wary booking any of these houses.
