"We had a nice stay. It was quiet, the pool was very warm. The fitness room doesn't have a floor mat and very few weights."

"The room and amenities were terrific. However, the front desk clerks have to remember to greet their guests. It's part of the experience. I wish I could have tipped the breakfast attendants. They were terrific, as well, despite having to work on this holiday weekend."

"Our check-in was warm and friendly. The Nigerian gentleman who helped us was fantastic and took time to converse and offer some suggestions for meals during our short stay. I feel as if he was our friend. How many times does that happen? We would stay here again to visit withhim again."

"Garbage was full in the cans outside. We were put in a room near the pool and it was very noisy."

"We arrived to find the receptionist asleep and snoring away. It took multiple attempts to wake her us by ringing the bell and yelling out to her. She awoke and proceeded to give us keys to a room. When we got to the assigned room the door lock was broken and the ac was non functional. We asked for a different room with an operational door lock and was told that we were given keys to the wrong room. The second room was dirty and smelled terrible. It was a mix of wet dog and old curry. The pillows smelled unwashed and sweaty. The ac unit didn’t work and we had to deal with the terrible smell and heat through the night. Breakfast was lacking in the morning because it was only stocked once and never checked on or refilled. The ice machine on the third floor had chunks of black slime coming out with the ice. This place should be shut down and renovated. "

"The pool was clean the guest laundry was very nice breakfast was great the waffles delicious. I stayed 3 nights and house keeping did not check on things once, but I saw them in the hall every morning and could have asked for something if I needed it."
