Kimpton Clocktower by IHG
Room was 4 star as expected but the resident facilities were none existent. There wasn’t any lounge seating in the lobby, shocking! Very clean comfortable hotel. Fairly small room but big enough for 2 unless you have a lot of luggage. I love that I can walk to the airport from here. Food options are a bit limited.

Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport by IHG
Great hotel. Lovely bar to relax in. Bit pricey for food but can be expected these days. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Can easily walk to the terminal but if carrying lots of bags or with small kids just get the shuttle bus for a couple of quid.
