“The service apartment is spacious and tidy, facilities are in very good condition. They also provide a number of utensils and cutlery so that you can cook in the dining room. I appreciate their welcome drinks especially hot chocolate and tea bags are freely provided in the apartment. The carpark will be a bit spooky, but it only cost about 15 pound for 24 hours and the security would be comparatively better than on-sheet parking or outside carpark. “This is an incredibly special and beautiful hotel to stay in Manchester, central and with big spacious rooms. The building is magical and the dining/breakfast/bar space is very beautiful. We were very well treated and felt at home here. The only issue I would point out is that the breakfast should be included in the price, as is the norm in Europe. ”

The staff was able to make an arrangement to offer us 2 double bedrooms instead. I appreciated that flexibility. The hotel is like new and everything is clean and comfortable. Although the room is not big, I am very happy. I like the breakfast too. The croissants and brie chess are great. ”
