「This is quite an outstanding property. Perched on the side of a hill, it presents incomparable views, both by day and night. Every comfort is catered for, the home is clean, modern and well laid-out. While on a hillside, it is only moments from town, shops and restaurants. The managers were particularly attentive and gave a high priority to communication. This villa is highly recommended and we would have no hesitation in staying there again.」

「初到澳洲，进入度假村，感觉小小的，还没什么感觉。在探究一番后发现，附件有个大卖场，离Main street有点远，不过应该基本都是定的day trip，都会有专车来接送，还可以。偶尔想走走海边步道，半个小时就可以到主街，也蛮方便。最最靠谱的应该还是这个village房间可以自己做饭，早饭，晚饭，去附件超市买点食物回来，冰箱保存，很是方便。屋子外面还有个吊床or躺椅，很惬意。很适合不需要5星标准住宿的朋友，家一样的感觉。还可以找主人来咨询各种问题，各种day trip，主人很努力的帮你解决。记得去之前带点中国小礼物，主人蛮喜欢中国的。」

"Unauthorized Charging & False Accusation - A Serious Warning to Future Guests! I am writing this review with extreme disappointment and frustration to warn potential guests about the unethical and unprofessional practices of this hotel. My recent stay concluded with a shocking violation of my consumer rights and complete disregard for basic hospitality standards. On the day of checkout, the hotel charged my credit card WITHOUT my prior knowledge or consent, under the false pretext that I had damaged their television. Let me be very clear: I did not cause any damage to the TV, and the hotel has failed to provide any evidence to support their accusation. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter respectfully through communication with the management, they refused to reverse the charge and insisted on holding me responsible without proof. This is not just poor customer service—it is a serious case of unauthorized transaction and defamation. Key issues that make this situation unacceptable: 1. Unauthorized deduction: They processed a payment without my approval, which is a breach of trust and possibly illegal. 2. Baseless accusation: I was falsely blamed for damaging property, with zero evidence provided. 3. No accountability: The management showed no willingness to investigate fairly or admit fault. DO NOT RISK STAYING HERE unless you are ready to pay for unknown expenses. "
