Our room exceeded expectations - it was spacious and had a fantastic view of the water. Having our own car was a plus and maximised our freedom, but the regular shuttle buses into the Main Street would suffice for most. Fantastic experience and looking forward to staying there again.

The property is very nice and the view from the room is amazing. Staff are very helpful and professional. The restaurant is also very good. There is a shuttle bus to take guests to and from the main area in Airlie beach which is very convenient. We would stay here again.

Pros: the staff were super friendly and efficient, drinks and food service around the pool, the apartment facilities, the shuttle to town to help out with the uphill walk back, the view Cons: the shuttle times didn’t go late enough - drop off/pick up ends at 6:30 meaning if go to dinner in town at 6:30 there’s no way to get home! Ended up not an issue for us but I still saw it as a service flaw Food was inconsistent in quality and breakfast service was confusing - you had to order everything other than cereal (mostly kids choices) and hot/cold drinks Overall an enjoyable experience - loved our nights at the pool with cocktails and food and apartment was excellent but the cons prevented me going 5 stars. It was 4.5 though

Great with minor shortcomings.

The villa was great and the location was good with excellent views. Pool and restaurant is not quite up to the same standards. But we enjoyed our stay and price vs quality was fine.

For a family of 5, the accommodation was spacious. The views were glorious. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, others were difficult to communicate with. The hotel will be undergoing renovations, i cant wait to visit again once they are complete.

Like other reviewers, more shuttle runs would make this off-center location more convenient. Hourly would be great. Besides not-so-convenient, room furnishings need refresh as they’re really old in our room. Breakfasts are decent and included in our room rates. Pool is small and not heated. Overall, decent for the price
