Staff was great, refrigerator was broken, then, they brought another broken one and on a third one, it finally worked 8 hours later. No flushing water, they brought a bucket and a tabo. There are a lot of humidifiers in the hallway on the first floor it makes you wonder if they have mold issues and they're trying to cover up the smell. Half the watersides were shut down and the wave pool is empty. The lazy river float on the raft is not operating. Many of the safety rails around the water park are heavily rusted and unsafe.

We had a wonderful stay at Waterworld Hotel. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly accommodating,polite, professional, and attentive. From airport pickup all the way until check-out, everything was smooth and well taken care of. The restaurant was beautiful, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, and the servers were very attentive. The entire place is gorgeous, spotless, and spacious,and most of all, very affordable. After flying miles and miles away from Canada, this place truly felt like a gem and is an absolute must try. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodation and memorable stay and Good job to all the staff !!

The rooms were very clean, met all the basic needs. The pool was small but clean and the staff provided bath towels. The staff were very friendly and helped on every request. The reason we booked this hotel were for the water rides but disappointed as most of the big rides are shut. Only the small kids play slides, lazy river and the tornado were functional.

My first time in country and my first stay of many. My first thoughts are by far its the people that make the memories and the staff are very friendly indeed. It was very slow season and away from the city so...my expectations werent high. Its not anything special but id go back just for the people that catered to us.
