14 Tage traumhafter Urlaub

Wohnung, Pool, Service, Garten hat uns super gut gefallen. Sehr gepflegte Gartensanlage und super sauberer Pool. Die Abgabe des Schlüssels in der Nacht bei Heimreise könnte man verbessern, Evtl. einen Briefkasten an der Anlage in dem man den Schlüssel einwerfen kann und nicht erst durch ganz Manerba fahren fund ihn beim Service einwerfen. Dirsen Umstand könnte man den Gästen ersparen Das wäre sicherlich im Sinne aller Gäste Dann vor der Terrasse einen Sichtschutz den man flexibel bewegen kann, sonst direkten Blickkontakt vom Pool morgens ins Schlafzimmer. Wir sagen Dankeschön und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.️

Waren drei mal in Folge in der Unterkunft. Für uns das Optimum.

Der Rollo zur Terrasse sollte getauscht werden. Defekter Korkenzieher. (das war letztes Jahr auch der Fall) Ein Handfeger wäre wünschenswert.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in Seenähe

Die Wohnung und der Außenbereich entspricht der Beschreibung. Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Toller Pool. Nähe zum See optimal. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung. Empfohlene Zeiten wann der Müll an der Straße stehen sollte fehlte. In die Infomappe könnte man empfohlen Strandabschnitte mit aufführen. Abreisezeit könnte etwas später sein.

Urlaub am Gardasee

Prima Wohnung mit allem was man braucht für eine gute Zeit.Der Pool direkt vorm Wohnzimmer hat schon was.Wir waren zu zweit und haben es genossen. Man kann alles schnell erreichen und die Anlage ist schön klein. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Waschmaschine steht unglücklich und das Tor zur Strasse könnte mit einem Bewegungsmelder , wenn man von innen nach ausser fährt, automatisch öffnen .

Licht und Schatten.

Sehr authentische, herzliche und bemühte Mitarbeiter die bügeln einiges weg ich hoffe nur wenn das Geschäft auf Hochtouren läuft das es so bleibt. Wir waren ja jetzt vom 24.03-29.03.2022 vor Ort bei bestem Wetter und so gut wie NICHTS los. 1. Leider nicht Detail verliebt obwohl offensichtlich anhand der Perso Daten. 2. Einkaufsservice gegen Gebühr um den Kühlschrank etc.. nach Wunsch vor Ankunft für 1-2 + Tag/e zu bestücken fände ich super. Gerade am ersten Tag! 3. Klimaanlage/Heizung entsprechend der Kundschaft vor Ankunft sprachlich anpassen 4. 2x Conditioner 2x Shampoos erhalten aber kein Duschgel 5. 1x Mini Spülmittel das reicht bei einer 4 köpfigen Familie vielleicht max. 1 Tag. Wir waren 2x Erwachsene und unter Tags mit dem Auto unterwegs. 6. Wäre ich mit meinem anderen Auto gekommen wäre das parken in der Anlage unmöglich gewesen, so musste ich etwas improvisieren und trotzdem hab ich leicht aufgesetzt. Also alle Sportwagenfahrer vorher bitte nachfragen. Sonst wird es für euch teuer. 7.Eine Liste der Senderbelegung abhängig der Landessprache fände ich Super und einfach umsetzbar 8. Der Grillplatz klingt zwar gut aber ist wahrscheinlich der Örtlichkeit geschuldet Geruch/Rauch/Feuer etc... Alles in allem trotz der Kritikpunkte oder Verbesserungsvorschläge würde ich 4 von 5 Sternen geben für den Preis zu dieser Saison und für unsere Bedürfnisse.

1a Ambiente in gepflegten kleinen privaten Anlage

Liebevoll und bis ins letzte Detail gut geplant und eingerichtet Müllentsorgung zentralisieren in Sammelbehälter für Anlage und Funktfeenbedienung für Tor. Der Kühlschrank könnte auch etwas größer sein =o)
