Top Lage, ruhige Ferienanlage

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, das Wohnzimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer. Das Bad ist behindertengerecht eingerichtet. In Keller findet sich ein großer Wohn-/Schlafbereich mit separatem Bad. Die Belüftung erfolgt durch drei große Fenster und sollte dauerhaft durchgeführt werden, da der Keller ein wenig muffelt. Wird allerdings gut gelüftet, merkt man davon nichts. Die Anlage selbst ist größtenteils in privater Hand, weshalb leider kein Kiosk oder öffentliche Toiletten zur Verfügung stehen. Das wäre aber auch ziemlich der einzige Makel! Kommen gerne wieder!

Prachtig resort, mooi appartement.

Resort is prachtig met mooie zwembaden. Appartement is compleet. Helaas paar gebreken. Wifi werkte niet en er is nauwelijks internetverbinding. Vaak kortsluiting als je oven gebruikt. Douche in grote badkamer zat geen druk op en werd niet warm. Douche beneden sluiten deuren niet, dus badkamer steeds blank. Alles is doorgegeven en op te lossen. Het is namelijk verder een heerlijk appartement. Geschikt voor gehandicapten.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit sauberen Pools und gut ausgestattetes Appartment

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne weitläufige Anlage mit 3 verteilten Pools. Die Corona Regeln wurden genau eingehalten und der Abstand der Liegen am Pool war ausreichend. Leider kam es aufgrund eines extremen Regens zu einem kleinen Wassereinbruch in einem unserer drei Schlafzimmer. Nach kurzer Meldung bekamen wir sofort eine Ersatzwohnung für zwei Personen. Unser Ansprechpartner bei der Agentur hat sich ausgezeichnet um unser Anliegen gekümmert. Leider muss man zur Zeit im Gebiet um Manerba vor Einbrechern aufpassen. Daher ist es ratsam auch nachts die Fenster und Rolläden zu verriegeln. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und aufgrund der wenigen Touristen auch immer ausreichend Platz am Pool und am Strand.

Wonderful family holiday

Franco was excellent to deal with - very helpful and provided prompt responses to my queries. Our children loved the resort. Five pools to chose from. The apartment is modern and clean. Good restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent Holiday

We had a great two weeks at this location. We are a family of 6 - 2 x 18 year olds, one 14 year old and one 12 year old (all boys). We ended up staying in two different apartments due to another family needing one catering for a disability which our original apartment was set up for. Franco and Bruno were both really helpful throughout our stay and the on-site security staff were also really helpful and friendly. Both apartments were really well furnished with everything you could possibly need. We also rented a garage having travelled from the UK with paddle boards, windsurfers and bikes. You can't drive onto the complex at the weekend and so this allowed us to unload everything into safe storage. The complex is in a great location being a 5 minute walk from the lake where you can swim and paddle board with plenty of restaurants to enjoy. We also made good use of the tennis courts (you need your own rackets and balls) and of course the various different swimming pools on site. Many thanks Franco and Bruno and also to the owners who kindly share their properties. A lovely two weeks.

Perfect place for 3 young children

Superb complex, with a great apartment. We have 3 young boys and the complex was absolutely perfect for them. 4 swimming pools, a playground, 10 mins walk to the lake (with another great playground), kept them more than entertained. The short walk to the lake or to the small village made this a really good family location. Definitely would highly recommend.

Property and resort were ideal for family of five

We had a wonderful holiday, the apartment and facilities were ideal. Children made friends and enjoyed the pools. In the evening we were a short walk from lakeside walks, local village and a wide selection of bars and restaurants.

Schönes Ambiente+++Personal distanziert unfreundlich

Die gesamte Anlage ist in einem toskanaähnlichen Dorfstil gehalten, was sehr gefällig wirkt. Zudem verteilen sich die Feriengäste um schön angelegte Pools auf verschiedenen Ebenen. Was irritiert ist die Tatsache, dass die gesamte Anlage durch zahlreiche Kameras videoüberwacht wird, auf Schritt und Tritt, und Securitykräfte in blauschwarzen Uniformen das Gelände durchkämmen, die Pausenzeiten der Pools überwachen und einen merkwürdig distanzierten, fast unfreundlichen Eindruck hinterlassen. Das Gelände ist hermetisch abgeriegelt mit Eingangscodes am Eingang inklusive Wachhäuschen. Muss das sein? Wirkt wie im Knast.

Nie wieder

Leider würden wir durch Dauermieter erheblich gestört. Da diese über uns wohnten und sich nicht an die Mittagsruhe von 13.00 - 15.00 Uhr hielten. (Hatten ein Kleinkind mit). Punkt 13.00 Uhr begann der Lärm durch Stühle rücken und Fussball spielen im Obergschoß. Habe dann höflich gefragt ob es auch leiser ging....wurde aber ignoriert. Danach hatten wir dann die Hölle....Bohren durch Handwerker im Untergeschoss ....plötzlich ging im Garten der Wassersprenger und an der sonst eigentlich nur nachts lief usw. haben dieses unserem Vermieter auch mitgeteilt...dieses wurde auch von ihm ignoriert. Habe leider bis heute nichts von ihm gehört, da ich auf eine Mietminderung bestanden habe.

Schöne Anlage mit Verbesserungspotential

Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt und sehr sauber. Es gibt mehrere Pools; in der Vorsaison ist die Anzahl der Liegen vollkommen ausreichend. Zur Unterkunft: Der Schlafraum im Keller war so feucht, daß er eigentlich nicht als Schlafgelegenheit nutzbar war. Die Koffer konnten dort wegen der Feuchtigkeit nicht ausgepackt werden. Das Kücheninventar war unzureichend weder Topfdeckel, Schneebesen noch Schüsseln waren vorhanden. Die schwachen Stromleitungen ließen es nicht zu, daß z.B. der Herd und der Backofen gleichzeitig genutzt werden konnten. Dieses haben wir in Italien so noch nicht erlebt. Es wäre sehr von Vorteil einen zweiten Schlüssel zu erhalten.

Utterly fantastic, pristine accommodation, perfect

Stunning location, the accommodation was pristine and the facilities were amazing. The pools were absolutely perfect and everything from the lifeguard to the security staff was perfect. We couldn't have asked for more. We'd advise getting a hire car for getting out and about as we learned you do sort-of need one, but we are definitely booking again next year and long after because this is perfect. Our five year old daughter didn't get out of the pool for 10 days, which should tell you everything! I'd also like to personally thank Franco and Barbara, two of the nicest people you'd meet. They both make holidays as good as it can be.
