This remodeled Townhouse features conrete countertops, a spacious brick patio, including fire pit, seating and propane grill. A cozy space with a modern feel.

The Townhouse has two bedrooms, a living room, a full kitchen and a full bath. There is a washer/dryer in the kitchen for guests to use.

The living room has an entertainment center with a TV with streaming video. You can watch Netflix and Amazon Prime or connect via USB.

Just the right space
In town for a family birthday party and this spot was perfect for the 3 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to have a quick breakfast both days before heading out. The living room was cozy enough to catch Coachella late at night when we returned. The mattresses leave a little to be desired as they were not very comfy, but all in all a good stay.

Comfortable Home Away From Home
10/10 recommend for a future stay. The location is convenient next to all the necessities and only 5 minutes from Kansas State which is where we needed to be near. Kitchen comes stocked with everything you need, plenty of blankets, towels, etc. couch was very comfortable, space was roomy, bright, and overall homey. Having access to the back yard was a huge plus for us, and the neighborhood was so quiet and pleasant to walk around.
