This is my go to establishment when I visit my daughter who lives in Manhattan, KS. The staff is always wonderful and the property and rooms are always clean. I will continue to use this property for all my future stays while visiting Kansas for work or pleasure. Their rates are very affordable. There's a Super Walmart about 2 minutes away alone with a few other stores. I will definitely recommend this property to others.

Everything about my stay was great. From the check in process through out my stay the staff was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely refer this hotel to family and friends. If I'm ever in the area again and need to stay, I'm definitely going to choose to stay here. What an awesome and amazing staff.

The blanket on the beds were not blankets it was thin as the sheets. For a suite there was no utensils or dishes. The phone in the room didn’t work the tv remote didn’t work, there was no body soap, shampoo or conditioner, we where told that we had to take out our own trash. The sheets and bed was clean so that was a plus.
