The space
Living Area:

Upon entering, you are greeted by an open-concept living space that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating an ideal environment for both relaxation and entertainment. There are no windows in the living room but the unit is well-lit with modern lights.

The living area has a sofa bed to balance comfort and functionality. During the day, the sofa invites relaxation, with its plush cushions providing a comfortable seating area. When needed, it effortlessly transforms into an extra sleeping space. A centre table is also added in this area which can serve as a convenient surface for various activities. You can lift the top of the table to find some books, cards, and board games in the storage compartment beneath the tabletop. For your entertainment, A 42” inch smart TV is provided which is already connected to a Wi-Fi. We will share with you our Netflix account so you can watch your favorite shows and movies.

Kitchen and Dining Area:
The kitchen boasts granite countertops, complemented by appliances such as a refrigerator w/ 181 L. storage, rice cooker, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker,a single infrared ceramic cooker, and a range hood. The area is also stacked with sufficient kitchenware and utensils to cater to your culinary endeavors. With ample cabinet space, the kitchen provides both functionality and style.

The dining area is perfectly situated for gatherings, whether for intimate meals or social get-togethers with your friends or families. A 4-seater tableware and dinnerware are provided.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is designed to incorporate both a functional laundry area and an inviting shower space. To save you time and effort, a 7.5 kg washing machine is provided for keeping your clothes clean without having to venture into a communal laundry space. A clothes drying rack is found on the unit’s balcony. Towels and toiletries will be provided at check-in.

Both bedrooms are complete with individual air conditioning units. The primary bedroom is a spacious haven, featuring a double-sized bed and a generous closet. The built-in closet offers ample storage, keeping your personal space organized and uncluttered. The second bedroom, while slightly smaller, offers a cozy retreat with a single-size bed. Built-in cabinets line the walls, providing efficient storage solutions for your belongings. This space is thoughtfully designed to maximize functionality without compromising your comfort.

Guest access
Residents of the condominium can take advantage of shared amenities such as a fitness center, swimming pool, and communal garden areas. A communal garden is just two doors away from this unit. However, when you decide to use the area, please make sure to leave it clean.

Other things to note
1. The condominium is conveniently located within reach of shopping centers, dining establishments, and public transportation.
2. The unit does not come with a designated parking space. Guests are encouraged to explore nearby parking options, such as public parking lots or street parking.
3. The laundry shop and drinking water refilling station are located at Green Heights condominium right beside Asmara condominium. They are available for pick-up and delivery. Also, a Laundromat is located at Victoria Ave. corner 11th St. (6570 Laundromat).
4. Trashbins are kept in the cabinet below the cook hob. Kindly observe proper waste segregation. The small container is dedicated for foodwaste.
5. Garbage is collected by housekeeping personnel from each unit in the morning from 6-8 am.
