Pros: Very good location. Cons:We usually shower under the faucet since hot water doesn’t last in the shower. Dim light in the bathroom, it’s hard to put my make up. Don’t expect too much with breakfast, usually pasta. Hard bed.

The service here really stood out to me. This was my first time in the Philippines - so naturally it can feel a bit daunting trying to get acclimated. The staff and owner really helped me in this department and made sure I felt at home and had everything I needed to enjoy my trip. I would highly recommend this location for newcomers as well as those who visit frequently and want a great set of amenities.

The pool area was undrr construction during our stay. The TV was not working. Somebody came in to fix it but as soon as TV was turned off, issue was back again. Ended up with no TV for the duration of our stay. In fairness, place was clean and location is very accessible to everything we need.

Customer service 5 stars, the staff was awesome. Always polite and courteous. The beds were very uncomfortable and there were a few things broken and missing but they took care of it right away when they were notified. There were plenty of malls and restaurants in walking distance so that was very convenient.

The property was great as expected but the best was the customer service from the PM and doorman. They don't ask but tip the doorman 100-200 pesos and they will be sure to go above and beyond to make your stay more comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

I booked for 16 days but stayed in the unit for a total of 8 days. The unit is a decent size for a (1) BD. I loved that it has a washer/dryer in the unit. The bed looked comfortable but was not able to use it because I slept on the couch the whole time. Carlo and the rest of his team always checked if I needed anything in the unit. Although, I did not have time to try different restaurants but Din Tai Fung is always a favorite and was able to try Mamou. We also went to (I believe it's The Peak?) the rooftop bar at Grand Hyatt. All these are walkable from the Uptown Park Suites and highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at EG Private House. It was very hospitable and welcoming! The room was really nice and me and my fiancée would use terms like “Let’s go back home” instead of back to the room. The ONLY complaint I would have is the shower head had been taped up where it had started splitting on the hose, and eventually became unusable. Other than that the communication was excellent and we would love to come back to this location again

This hotel was exceptional, taking extra steps taking good care of their customers. I highly recommend this hotel; location is convenient to everything!, price is affordable, staffs are friendly, and of course the owner itself too-very thoughtful! This hotel is a rare find. Great family stay

Two night stay with our family before leaving the Philippines. Eric was very attentive and responsive. Very helpful with any questions. Even with helping reserve a grab to the airport (much cheaper than private transport) Walking distance to many good restaurants and mall shopping. Not much else to walk to in the area that we could find. Landers grocery next door is membership only but food options on the outskirts here as well. There is no elevator to the lobby, so carrying large luggage up the stairs is not ideal for those that will not be able to carry. The view at night is awesome! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here.

The service provided by Eric and his team was nothing short of spectacular! On the day of our arrival he connected with us to ensure he was there to receive us on arrival. We got lost and he was able to help us navigate and meet us on the other side of the entrance with his team ready to assist with our luggages. He then got us settled letting us know everything we need to know about the place. He even gave us suggestions on nightlife places we might like. On our last day he also assisted us in arranging a grab as we didn’t have the app and updated us along the way. Then when we got to the airport, we realize we were missing a luggage we forgot outside the condo. Eric and his team searched and located the luggage and we were able to go back and pick it up just in time for our flight. This condo has one of the best services we received in the Philippines which is why I chose it to begin with compared to the other places in the area from the reviews I read. They did not disappoint and we have Eric and his team to thank for the best time we had in BGC. Thank you Eric!

Attentive. Helpful. Good balcony the kitchen had quite a few bugs coming in daily. Not a huge deal but kinda gross in the kitchen in the sink every morning. Amenities were great. Washing machine and pool. The pool is not available for use for rentals on weekends which is so bizarre why wouldn't you want to use the pool on the weekend. Overall it was ok for the price I think it was a bit overpriced given the shower didn't get hot the bugs in the kitchen and the use of pool and gym was not allowed on weekend. Some disappointing factors

My 27 day stay can be summed up in three words. LUXURY, CONVENIENCES AND SAFETY!!! Sir Eric and his staff are AMAZING!!! It was my first trip flying outside of the USA so I nervous about what to expect. I can tell you that I felt safer there than I did when I returned home. The staff from the housekeepers, security, maintenance to the person in charge, Sir Eric are a treasure for this property. Trash pickup at your door twice a day, daily morning breakfast and drink at your door, daily evening call to your condo to ask if you have any special requests plus house cleaning and linen service upon request. Grab food deliveries brought to your door from the lobby, personal shopping at Lander’s next door upon request and laundry service available from the staff. Additionally, driver service for transportation is available. One stop shop for all your needs. I have never been treated so well for so long and so consistently at any extended stay residence. I’m definitely coming back every time I come to the Philippines. There is no other place I would rather be. The staff is so pleasant and eager to help you. They love their job and are very happy to be there to work. I enjoy the positive vibes of them singing while doing the housekeeping work. I really felt safe, at home and I felt so welcomed by the staff. I’m already exploring plans to return for another short term stay and also making plans for a long term move to this beautiful area.
