Consistency of excellence in room cleanliness and room amenities. Excellent value in the BGC. CHECK in a bit slow. Front Office Manager should and must extend hand during check in time.

Good street food in mercato centrale. Market market and sm aura have good choice of shopping and cinema. Bgc high street clean, lots of restaurants, security people in view making it feel safe. Transport is good to other areas.
Grand Venice Mall was worth visiting. Awesome place, beautiful view, enjoyed the boat ride. There are quite a few places to eat and have drinks. Good entertainment; we were entertained by a very good Filipina singer while we were having our dinner.
Seems a nice place just this hotel is not recommended The breakfast was so limited and little options I’d rate this hotel as a 3 star at best
