Wow! Luxurious, stylish & aesthetically gorgeous. The hotel had a wonderful feeling as soon as you walk in the building. The smell was like cherry blossoms, architectural with champagne, gold & ebony design, room was invitingly pleasant & rooftop pool / bar has the best view of Manila. Additionally for ease on convenience it is a short walk to T3 via Runway Bridge.

If you are checking in here, look for Lia and Ken, though everyone is soooo nice. For housekeeping, look for Rose Dindin and Ever, they are the best!! They took care of me, my team and my family. I will definitely go back.

Disappointed.....that I couldn't stay longer!

Disappointed......that I only stayed 1 night !! I booked a Japanese style Hinoki-yu room which was very nice and very calming. It had a cypress plunge style bath which was relaxing, and the shower was surrounded by stone to give you that outdoor feel. The toilet had the obligatory smart seat and room facilities were good although no iron and ironing board available in-room. Nespresso coffee machine was also available in-room. Food was exceptional, breakfast was mainly japanese style but also had western options. Staff were super polite and friendly and couldn't do enough for you.Gym had a 'still new' feel and smell to it but I couldn't comment on any other spa or fitness features as I never used them. Downside was that the gym didn't open until 8am which was too late to get a session in before leaving. Beautifully appointed hotel, lots of little touches give you that luxury feeling.

Really nice room but some sort of maintenance constant knock was going on around the building during the stay and also the wifi wouldn't stay connected to the television in the room possibly a television issue because connection wasn't lost to phones, but occasionally went very high ping. There was no warning when booking the room that traditional baths cannot use soaps so unfortunately my fiancee was excited to use a few things she got beforehand that she couldn't during the stay, and the food was well very good the first night we ate but maybe a change of chef's it was definitely a bit undercooked going forward but overall still good. Definitely would be staying again sometime
