Our place is cozy, comfortable, well furnished and most of all its clean.

Our unit is located in Trees Residences. Inside, there are 21 towers with eight floor each (Ours is located at tower 14, On the 2nd floor). All towers have an elevator and fire exit.
-Access to the entire condo unit
-Fully-frunished
-3 swimming pools. 2 adult pool and 1 kiddie pool.
-A safe road for walking and jogging inside the residences.
-Garden with concrete benches
-Main lobby
-Function hall
-Parking area
-Safe and CCTV eqquiped on every hallway.
-24 hours roving security guard.

Walking distance to the following:
-Shopping Malls (SM Fairview, Ayala Mall Teracces, Robinsons Novaliches)
-banks
-Mcdo, Shakeys, 7-eleven, Alfa mart, Gasoline station and Laundry shops outside the gate of the residences.

Easy access to public transport. You can easily take a bus, jeepney or a taxi/grab just around the corner of Trees Residences.
