“I stayed here for a total of 28 nights, enjoyed it very much! Condo unit was very clean and well kept up. Felt very secure as a solo traveler. Pool was amazing, all you have to do is pay a small fell. Wonderful facility. All of the staff were very attentive throughout the stay, such a wonderful host. Glenn was the best, helped me with anything I needed. Highly recommend! Will be back to visit again soon, and will stay here again. ”

“The property sits along a busy heavy traffic road. The building itself is nice but needs a general cleaning. Shelves were dusty, bed sheets has unknown stains, and small cockroaches in the room. They also wanted to see my kids birth certificates. Who carries around their kid’s birth certificate? If they can correct this issues, this place will be a decent place to stay.”

“Always book here whenever staying in Caloocan. Location is safe, and accessible. There is always security and you always feel safe. The area and building and room is neat, tidy, and staff is super friendly. The owner Sarah and staff is very professional and check-in/out is always a breeze. “The unit is clean and smells good. I just have some suggestions. Improve on your cutlery, shampoo and body wash is not sufficient. I suggest you provide dispensers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The unit has no bottled water. I hope you can provide for your customers. The bottom door railing in the shower area is unsafe. We hit our toes several times and almost fell. ”

“Easy Check-in since room key was left in lockbox with a passcode, however the room was Cockroach Central! Immediately upon entering the room for the first time you can see all the roaches scurry away. Unfortunately the room was not what it seemed like in the photos. The Expedia.com pics must have been several years ago since many items in room were broken (toilet bowl, curtains, etc. Location was great and many places within walking distance. Room was very affordable yet has some places for……

“This Condo was located in a area in Manila, Philippines. Plenty of restaurants to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A very short drive to the Airport. Friendly and courteous staff. The host responded well helping when the internet was out in the whole building.”
