"Check-in took a little longer than expected, and I think this could be improved by having more staff available at reception. That said, the team was extremely polite and even allowed us to check in early, which made a huge difference after a long flight. We stayed in a family room, and it had everything we needed. The space was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The pool was amazing—beautiful, relaxing, and not crowded at all, which really gave us peace of mind. Throughout the hotel, the staff were consistently polite, attentive, and very helpful. Their warm attitude truly enhanced our stay. Thank you and see you back in a few months! "

"Super grand hotel. Lots of activity, great amenities, they take ALL the security measures, and you don’t have to look for assistance they are all over it. The place is well maintained and seems to be convenient to anything you would need. It’s priced comparable to other hotels in its class and area. The only criticism I have is the room was smaller than I prefer and their suites were booked, but they gave me a free upgrade. Housekeeper was 24/7 which was an huge plus for me. The live music in the lobby lounge was talented. Overall great experience I stayed a week. The food is a little pricey but that’s pretty normal for a 5star hotel. I was overall okay with it. "
