“Easy Check-in since room key was left in lockbox with a passcode, however the room was Cockroach Central! Immediately upon entering the room for the first time you can see all the roaches scurry away. Unfortunately the room was not what it seemed like in the photos. The Expedia.com pics must have been several years ago since many items in room were broken (toilet bowl, curtains, etc. Location was great and many places within walking distance. “When I open the towels those rolled on the bed, I found it was still wet, when I open the cupboard and take out the dishes and cup, I found sill water in it, no kettle provided, the fridge is broken, the bathtub is leaking, and there are no staff in the lobby, I stayed there 4 days but none come to clean the room, I should go to supermarket to buy towel, slipper and garbage bag,......”

“Room was accurate to the pictures, balcony is small but has an amazing view. It is a condominium so there is no housekeeping. It is on the 40th floor so it takes 2-5 minutes for the elevator to arrive. Room had a really bad ant problem, i suggest not bringing back food. Also no toilet paper is provided so either buy some before you check in or message host. 2 very thin blankets in the room so you may want to bring a blanket aswell. 3/5 because of the view and photo accuracy but be ready for……
