「No washing machine in the unit. The laundry was added to the website but technically it was on the main floor and outside the condo building. Limited kitchen staff and only 1 covered can be used, and the rest were locked. The bedroom has no window and no AC just the fun and no closet and bedstand corner available. The pillows weren’t enough. Not all elevators work. Has to pay an extra 150 pesos per person for the pool access. Expensive to stay for limited access.」

「It was nice staying at this condo. Condo owner is easy to communicate with. Although parking was expensive, rate was building’s policy not the owners. Amenities like the multiple pool and kids’ outdoor playground is a hit for those staying with toddlers. They have nice and new furnitures in the unit. Well-appointed kitchen and beddings/linens were complete with towels. Just a few minor issues with dust and cleaning materials missing and one other issue which I relayed privately to the owner who...
