The AC was leaking the entire time of our stay. We did inform property, however, they did not do anything about it. One of the rooms that we booked didn’t look like the posting they had online. The only positive thing was the location was close to a lot of restaurants and walking distance to the mall.

Free shuttle bus to Resort World. a free shuttle bus and bus stop is right infront of the Condo Bldg However the broken curtains and unfinished wall paper decorations were disappointing.the unit needs better maintenance.

A mediocre property at best. Overpriced for what you get. Pillows were filthy, but they did replace them. Housekeeping was hard to get ahold of. Noise is also an issue, both street noise and other guests, at all times day and night.

Staff (specially Peach) were very accommodating and courteous.They allowed us to store our luggages in between reservations. Area felt safe, great access to almost everything (restaurants,grocery ,etc), clean rooms, but only one light bulb was working in the bathroom. 3T felt like a storage room. There was an extra unmade bed, random bench, an extra table near the door, making the room cramped and congested.

The bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs if you laid on your sides. The shower curtain needed replacing (black spots on it). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The AC was leaking but this is an easy fix - just needs to be fixed. The location was great for needing to be at the airport early.

The wallpaper was peeling, parts of the room were not painted. Window shades were damaged. There is a lingering seems like a dead rat odor that I had to leave the window open overnight to release the smell. As a result, unable to sleep because of the noise outside. Tiny ants crawling on the dining table. Slow waterflow in the shower. For 2 days a the elevator was shut down that we had to walk all the way to the north tower to use the elevator. The only positive side of our stay was the housekeepers trying so hard to accommodate the defects of our stay. The room needs a drastic renovation!
