Hangzhou Hangzhou Tower Shopping Mall Hotels

"Staff, facilities and food was excellent!"

"Excellent service, regardless of whether are you checking in or out, the staff treated you professionally and politely. The proximity to the malls around Wulin square and the Wulin night market is also a plus. But they need to review the "tastiness" of the breakfast. The breakfast has a respectable spread, what one would expect from a 5-star hotel, but the "tastiness" has many room for improvement."

"Clean and nice room .. nice and helpful staff"

"Great breakfast, nice rooms and very kind staff!"

"Good service and nice hotel "

"We stayed there for 4 nights in OCT26. Generally the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The in room air-conditioning can fluctuate between warm and cool at times. The breakfast spread was good, with an array of international and Chinese selection. The executive lounge was a huge disappointment. The food in the lounge were very basic and the wines served were bad. Location wise, it's close to Malls, and Wulin Night market."

"Roomy and clean"

"Clean room"

"The location is great, the room is very spacious and clean, the staff are all really nice, the environment is very calm and peaceful, and overall really great quality hotel."

"Great hotel great service . "

"非常不错的酒店，地点位置非要好，酒店底下就大商场，下次会再来"

"location is good. breakfast is excellent. facilities are a little inadequate. front desk staff are a little inexperienced"

"Unique cinematic design residence which is just 8 mins walk from the night market. Many instagrammable spots. I even get a free fresh fruit platter and free fridge consumption and free breakfast."

"The property was emaculate and the entire staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend."

"The hotel has a great location, cross the street from the West Lake. The view in the room is stunning."

"Great location, great value hotel in such a beautiful city. Strongly recommend."

"The staffs were very kind and friendly, and every day they clean my room. I'm very satisfied with their service. "
