“The keys did not work in the lock. We could not leave until someone came to fix. When asked why the locks was not checked out beforehand, the Host made a lot of excuses including telling us it worked the last time. Who knows when that was. it was there that no one has stayed there in a while and the Host did not check the locks out. I suspect either he didn’t care or because nobody was renting regularly. The place itself was OK but the lock issue made for a bad experience. And then your……

“The unit is clean and smells good. I just have some suggestions. Improve on your cutlery, shampoo and body wash is not sufficient. I suggest you provide dispensers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The unit has no bottled water. I hope you can provide for your customers. The bottom door railing in the shower area is unsafe. We hit our toes several times and almost fell. ”
