Too bad this place is shutting down

been here many many times. Staff are excellent go above n beyond for such a 3 star hotel. I could stay at a 4-5 star but why? when this hotel’s crew provides the same. May not have all the frills but service is tops.

My flight arrived late and I checked in at around 1 am. I told the receptionist who was a guy that I was checking out at 5 am because I need to go home to my province. The receptionist insisted on asking for extra money for the driver. This is milking the guests. I paid full money for a four-hour rest and shower. Unacceptable.

Pinoy Pamilya Hotel is within walking distance to Baclaran LRT ( Light Rail Transit ) an above ground system which is specially great for avoiding heavy traffic congestion when travelling within Metro Manila.

Great employees working here, very helpful, the bathroom needs to have the hole in the shower area that is supposed to drain water to the shower area plugged, it is hurting more than helping and causing puddles in the toilet area after every shower
