Guest access
Upon successful checked-in at the lobby of SMDC AIR Residences, proceed to your left towards the high speed elevators. The condo unit is located on the 43th floor. The common Pool area and other amenities are located on the 7th floor while parking space is located on the ground floor parking entrance.

The common pool area requires a nominal fee payable directly to SMDC AIR Residences Admin.
