Parking Information

We offer several parking options to make your arrival and stay worry-free.

Commercial Area Pay Parking:
• P50 - first 4 hours
• P50 - per succeeding hour

Overnight Charges (1:30 AM - 6:00 AM):
P300 + regular parking rates

Lost/Damaged Ticket or Card:
P200 + applicable parking rates

Rules:

• Maximum of 4 registered guests only.
• Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 NN. Early check-in and Late Check-out is Subject to Availability.
• No smoking, parties, or unregistered visitors.
• Please treat our home with care and follow the house rules to help us provide a wonderful experience for every guest.

Check-In Requirements

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in experience, kindly submit a valid government-issued ID for all guests at least 2 days before arrival. This is required by the building administration for guest authorization.
