Nice large unit conveniently located, but roach infested kitchen. Had them spray the unit while we were out but it did little good.

Bathroom water can’t be drain, no hot water for shower and air conditioning were not working at in some rooms! Terrible construction noise during even night time, 24 hours non stop ongoing construction just right next to the hotel! I couldn’t sleep and got headache. I booked for 3 nights but left the hotel the next day after my stay there with terrible experience! But the location of the hotel is well situated.

24 hours non stop construction noise just right next to the hotel and can’t rest or sleep during night time!
The bed room A74 looks good and size is good but can’t open curtain as construction site in front and noise during day and night! Ruined my vacation!

Staff was nice enough. Not very diligent though. The room was very spacious but outdated. There's no staff covering for breaks. There were critters. The security guard was great. The tub was very high to step into and I'm 6'1. And the linen wasn't clean Negatives that don't really matter: Constant construction noise And no view.

The worst’s place I have ever started in 35 years of coming and working in the Philippines and that’s is 100s of times I can’t even begin to tell you the place was flies and bigs the toilet did not work there was no working phone to call the front desk you had to get on the elevator and go down then you had to call for someone to come to the front desk to help you I told them my complaints and oh ok house keeping will take care of it no came if I set down at the table to eat we would be attacked by flies as if we where in the park having. A picnic would have been better that is no joke Them they did not wor they did not I gabby I put the toilet seat back on myself the correct way . Sad very Sad house keeping came the next day to the door I open it only to have person hand me 2towels and leave did not clean or empty the garbage this was on the 2nd day The morning of the 3rd othe 4 day stay I went down and had to wait at ten am again call the front desk clerk and wait to inform him that I couldn’t continue to stay another day I was checking out at 11am and want a refund for my two nights that were left he informed me they would not refund my money because I book a 4night stay and had no refund policy… I was very up Set I pay my stay up front in Philippine Paso And they cheated me out of my Money I looked just around the corner at Ascott hotel It was very nice and not that much more money. Do Not Consider this hotel tell for any reason there are to many good ones area

MAKATI Blvd was noisy both evenings. The facilities are very clean and well appointed. The Swiss restaurant is excellent. My key card failed 2 times on first day. The guard switched it out after he couldn't make it work.
