Kylie from front of house check us in; outstanding customer service; location is fantastic for shopping and night life. We are supposed to have something in the room for our wedding anniversary, never arrived, short fall in communication. But over all it’s very central and great stay.

The Peninsula Manila
Everything about the hotel was five-star. I only wish that the lobby has an area to hang out. All seating areas are taken by the lobby restaurant.

Some minor constructive criticism: the toilet seat in my bathroom was almost falling off (so that needs attention from the maintenence dept), and the on/off water faucets were leaking a moderate amount.
