In an elevated position residential area (villas), 1.5 km from the sea. Private: property 1'250 m2 (fenced) with beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (8 x 5 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Hot tub, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, hot tub, air conditioning, burglar alarm system. Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly.
