"Booked for one night after a day of golf and it was perfect. Extremely clean. May seem weird to mention but the water pressure was great and the bathroom/shower area was very clean. Staff was super friendly at check in and the dogs were sweet!! Would definitely stay here again! "

"We chose the Bear Lake area because of its proximity to the location of where my nephews grad party was held. We really enjoyed the cabin and took advantage of our time in the area to visit other family members that live in Honor."

"Our stay was wonderful! The steps to beach (89) are in great shape and my family loved the fact that they could go any time they chose! The beach was completely private and it was great having it all to ourselves. We arrived in 95 degree humid weather and were concerned since only the first floor is air conditioned but with fans and the evening cooler temperatures made sleeping no problem. The kitchen was spacious and pretty well-stocked. All 3 bathrooms were nice. We spent a lot of time on the deck and the view of Lake Michigan is great!"

"Do not second guess this hotel. Book now!!!! While on a road trip with my son we were looking for budget, and we hit the jackpot here. This hotel is nestled in the middle of Historic Downtown Manistee, about 50 minutes from Sleepy Bear Dunes. This hotel can be termed casual, laid-back. The rooms are roomy, well decorated as you see in the pictures, and very comfortable. There is a chocolate and ice cream shop next door. Down the street a little further is a nice hotdog and hamburger shop with pin ball machines still a quater. Or you can go to some of the fancier places. I wish I had more time to explore this town. I don't know if I'll ever be back. But if I do MIM will be my go to. You just can't go wrong by staying here."
