Downtown Waterview Condo at Edgewater
Newer condo next to North Channel Brewery in Downtown Manistee: Property ID#366939 - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath. Sleeps 4. Sleeping Arrangements: Queen in bedroom, Queen pull-out sleeper sofa.
Fantastic river views! Unit faces East over Maple Street bridge so you can watch the Freighters coming through Manistee Channel. You'll appreciate the warm modern feel of the condo, which is only a few years old. Perfect warm, comfortable spot to use as your home base for exploring everything Manistee has to offer.
AMENITIES INCLUDE: central air unit, laundry. Cable service setup in living room and bedroom. Secure high-speed WIFI included.
The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. and a drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include dishwasher, ice maker, blender, and toaster. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, iron/ironing board, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products.
LOCATION: The condo is centrally located in downtown Manistee with easy access to shops, restaurants, and everything the city has to offer! Also, you are only approximately 1 mile from the beaches of Lake Michigan, 12 minute drive to Little River Casino, and 15 miles to Northern Natural Winery!
EDGEWATER: This recently developed condo building is located on the shores of the Manistee Channel, right at downtown Manistee. There is a parking lot to the rear of the building and every unit has 1 designated parking spot. Additional parking is available in the public lot across the street, but it can fill during popular holidays or festivals. The building does have secure security doors and the access code is provided prior to check in.
** Please note: The HOA does not allow rental units to accept pets. This is strictly enforced and any evidence of pets in the rental can result in eviction or fines. Additionally, this building is a "smoke free project" which includes the grounds around the property. There should be no smoking at all on property. **

Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Please note that we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.
ARRIVAL: There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.
DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely.
Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.
For safety reasons, there may be external security cameras in use. Please contact us if there are any questions or concerns.
