「We were in town for the IESA state track meet. The house was just what we needed. The area seemed nice and just a couple blocks from restaurants and grocery store. The house is older but cute. The laundry was a huge plus for us.」

「Everything was smooth from the time I booked the place until we closed the door on our way out. Matthew contacted me with information about our stay exactly when he said he would. The place was as described, it was warm and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet.」

「The apartment was clean, and spacious and looked like the listing pictures.
It could use some touch up paint in some areas, but overall it was a very comfortable place to stay.
Some of the windows wouldn’t lock, so that was a bit concerning.」

「The home overall was pleasant with a few problems that ultimately kept it from being perfect.These problems include the following:1) Many items in the kitchen were dirty upon arrival.2) The wifi was borderline unusable in the living room. This wouldn't have been a problem if it weren't for the fact that there was nowhere to setup my computer anywhere else in the house. I would heavily recommend adding a small desk in the master bedroom or adding a wifi mesh extender in the hallway by the laundry...
