「Great beach access for the money! Wright Bros. Monument is 2 blocks away but not walkable-- the highway can't be safely crossed on foot. Also, a car is necessary to get to restaurants and other places of interest, though they are near enough. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!」

「The hotel was perfect and spacious. The only thing was when it rained 🌧 🙃 we got wet to the entrance to our room because of the location...maybe adding a overhang to help with not getting wet. 」

「The room was a very pleasant surprise. Everything about the place was first rate. The staff however at the desk were not that friendly and helpful. However one of the working managers went out of her way and even found us beach chairs to use!」

「Beach view was unobstructed from our balcony top floor. Enjoyed quite some time on the balcony. Huge room. TV was good (big and clear). Parking easy.」

「We had a great sunset view from our quiet, comfortable room--with great coffee and tea service, mini fridge, nice shower. Easy walk to the beach with chairs and umbrella waiting...even at 7am! Good restaurants close by and Spa across the street. Great karma, decor, and staff! We will be back. 」

「I loved this place so much that I ended up booking an extra night. My room was spotless. The walls are a bit thin, as it is an old building, but that wasn’t an issue. The hotel backs up to the dunes and it’s super easy to get right onto the beach. This will be the only place I stay at from now on in OBX. 」
