The key did not open the room. We had to go back downstairs for them to activate it. The room was clean but the shower was slow draining. We also heard through the walls of the adjoining room. We did like the privacy and view of the water from the balcony.

Everyone was great. The only thing I noticed was the tub needed work. The caulk was covering up black and the bottom of the tub was discolored at the no skid strips. Also looked like the same thing as the caulk.

The building is older and the couches can use some cleaning. Other than that, everything else is fine. Clean beds and towels. I would recommend booking the bay view or ocean front view if available. Overall, Its a decent place for it's price point.
