「The staff friendly a good service. The location is not nearby the center it’s about 2 1/2 miles away the first day I arrived., there were construction work on the beach, after 3 o’clock they stopped. So the next night I could sleep very good. The hotel is clean and for the price good.」

「We booked Shutters for a 3 day beach trip. The staff were all very helpful. The poolside room we stayed in was clean and had ample room. The only "bad" thing was the toilet. It was loud. We joke every time flushing it. "Whoosh!" The complimentary breakfast was available. There were a bit of options. I would stay at Shutters again for that price point.」

「Staff were friendly and very welcoming. We found a few maintenance things that they sprung into action to take care of. We were in a suite with a sitting room. The room was quaint and offered a wonderful outdoor porch. The only con to our stay is how uncomfortable the bed was. It was hard and spring filled which kept us tossing most the night with lack of comfort. We left before breakfast, so we aren’t sure how that was, but it smelled good! 「My reservation included food vouchers which I never received. I asked multiple front deck clerks for the vouchers and was told that the manager was not available but he would call me. No call. And as if it couldn't get worse, I'm see extra charges on my credit card.」

「The location/view is what sold me. The view is to live for! The facilities are outdated but satisfactory and clean. I’d spring for the ocean view only. It’s the value of the hotel!」

「Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles and they explained the resort to us. The rooms were very clean and we had our miniature Daschund with us and she loved the balcony the most. We had 2 oceanfront rooms. I think we used just about all the amenities and even got chairs and umbrellas from the Beach Boss who was AWESOME. I think he really liked Pebbles, our dog. 「Very unique spot. Javi the concierge was super helpful. Staff was also on site periodically or could be called to come if needed. Unit was beautiful and clean with lots of amenities. We especially liked the hot tub and sauna on the deck」
