“Staff at the reception counter was really great and accommodating. Room and the passages were clean and kept the same for the days I was there. Appreciate the staff. Breakfast though mostly South Indian was great. One thing though the odd number rooms like 303 did not have a window in the bedroom but even numbered rooms had this luxury. Overall a great stay and there is a beautiful garden at a walkable distance which in Bengaluru is very rare these days.”

“I arrived at 2:00am and was trying to get a sleep before the connecting flight next day. When I checked out the manager asked me about my satisfaction, I gave 8 out of 10, but the manager seemed so disappointed. I indeed think they need to do more to get better score - the air con was so cold, the desk lamp did not work, and the cleanliness has room to improve. After my departure, they texted me by Whatsapp several times, until I blocked them. I think it was unnecessary. In my point of view,……
