「The hotel has a nice peaceful vibe. The rooms decorated in a modern simple style and a very clean. The staff is very nice and always there to help. The food they serve is also very good. So overall I had a very good stay!」

「The property is located at the city centre and seems very convenient to travel... The cleanliness is well maintained.」

「One cannot expect more than this from this great staff at this Hotel - Perfect service and care provided by all at front desk , reception -Saif , John and Ram . Good breakfast service and staff was helpful 」

「Their process to get OTA mails into some person dependent mail box instead of a front office mail box sucks. Almost 30 minutes wasted just to find the mail」

「Quite nice hotel for the price we paid. Everything in room worked, room was comfortable. Breakfast... vegetarian Indian food and very limited selection of western food (we did not try). Hotel is bait far away from the center but 3-wheel taxi drivers know some good shortcuts even usable during rush hour ... hence it does not take too much time to get into the center. taxi is a bit costly.」

「Bed sheets and towels were stained but staff changed them when we informed them. Light above luggage alcove broken informed unable to fix. Hotel starts from 3 floor what if lift breaks down!!」
