“Where to begin, this place was awesome! For two people this was a perfect rental. The place itself was super clean and had a nice beachy vibe to it. The back deck with a breath taking view of the ocean that also has a gate with direct beach access. There is also a foot wash on the boardwalk from the beach to the deck to clean you and your belongings before heading back in. The welcome gifts were also amazing and we couldn’t thank Gene and his wife more for everything they provided for us! This……

“We have stayed in this unit for two years in a row and have had an amazing experience both times. The easy beach access and pools are great for families with small children. Our family has stayed in dozens of units at the Croatan Surf club and this is by far one of our favorites. Well equipped and spacious! Eddie was very easy to communicate with and helpful when we had questions.”

“The property is in a great location close to the beach. The overall property i would describe as tried and needs some work. The bathroom door would not close and the bathroom light would go off and on by itself. The pool had tiles missing on the sides and the bottom had many locations where the surface was peeling and missing paint. With all that said we would not able to use our code at check in and Amanda called and got us in to the property. She was very helpful and friendly. Bottom line we……

“Our little cottage was clean and quiet. It’s an older place but mostly well maintained Just have to cross the street to the beach access. Pool is nice and clean. Umbrellas are in each corner. Just make sure you put a towel on them before you sit because the wood is worn and you could get a splinter. I would stay there again. A few things need attention like the sagging sofa, screen door on porch and the wood in the poolArea and steps, but they aren’t deal breakers. It’s just a little walk from……
