Superior accomodations and hospitality

Our stay was excellent. The dome and hot tub were of superior quality. We slept soundly and also found the shower to be the best we've had in country. The restaurant was a gorgeous setting for a happy hour beverage, a filling breakfast and a delicious lunch. We hiked two days and also enjoyed the outdoor thermal pool. My extra recommendation for vegans/vegetarians as they have many offerings.

Valeu muito a pena a parada nesse hotel

Estávamos fazendo o caminho entre Bariloche e Puerto Varas e esse hotel ficava no caminho, por isso resolvemos ficar 1 noite. Ficamos no chalé com ofurô. É simplesmente fantástico. Muito bem estruturado e lindo. Com todas as amenidades necessárias. Apenas fiquei muito chateada pois nos colocaram em um chalé com arvores bem na frente o que cobria completamente a vista. Solicitei a alteração do chalé e fui informada que não havia disponibilidade, mas percebi no mesmo dia e no dia seguinte que haviam vários chalés da mesma categoria, com vista, vazios. As piscinas interna e externa são ótimas.

El domo se encuentra en la mitad del bosque, tiene problemas de humedad, y la ducha tuvo problema con la presión de agua caliente (esto fue solo el último día). Los personales son amables, el desayuno y el restorán estuvo bueno.

Muy caro para lo que es.

Fuimos en familia. El precio de USD 500 por noche es muy alto y por lo tanto uno espera un servicio de primera. No es así. No hacen el aseo(a pesar que el prospecto dice que si), no hay jabón para la ducha. No hay toallas para la piscina. La vajilla mínima y no en muy buenas condiciones. Además quisieron cobrarme un impuesto adicional después de haber realizado el check in y sin derecho a cancelar la reserva No pudimos utilizar la piscina techada, primero por aforo y al día siguiente por estar en manutención.

Un desastre… lejos la peor experiencia

Pésimo…. Cambiaron mi cabaña sin preguntar… me entregaron una cabaña demasiado calurosa y con cero privacidad ( al lado del restaurante donde todos los días pasaba por fuera un camión El día que llegue estuve desde las 18:45hrs hasta las 21:30hrs esperando que nos atendieran en el restaurante (llegábamos de los 2dos y con un bebé) al final no fueron capaz de sacar el pedido… solo respuestas de incompetentes… tuve que viajar a entre lagos ( a 30km) para poder ir a comer teniendo un restaurante a 30mts de la cabaña El día antes de salir nos llamaron a las 23:00hrs para informarnos que no nos darían desayuno y que teníamos que ir en nuestro auto a otro hotel (una total falta de respeto) Ofrecieron un descuento por el mal servicio y al momento de pagar nada. En resumen un desastre

Excelente panorama.

Lo pasamos muy bien. Tiene senderos para recorrer ahí mismo. Restaurant buena atención y buena relación precio/calidad. Es lugar más independiente (domos vip, recomiendo el Nro. 5). Por aforo, la piscina techada debe ser agendada previamente, existen tours con guia hacia el salto (Anticura) también con previa reserva y pago adicional. Existe la posibilidad de arriendo de bicicletas por hora. No se pasa frío en los domos pero se agradecería mejorar la calefacción y tener un hervidor en el domo.

LA ALEGRIA DE HABER VISITADO LAS TERMAS

Buena , es poco, como estaba en reparación la pileta cubierta, nos dieron un pase por todo el día para usar las FANTASTICAS instalaciones del hotel, solo puedo decir gracias, Soy usuario algo frecuente de aguas calientes desde 1983 cuando se calefaccionaba con leña , que debiamos encender nosotros, no habia comunicación alguna . en estos últimos años a mejorado en forma notable las instalaciones GRACIAS

Nao vale o que é cobrado.

Não vale o que cobra. Uma diaria de 180 dólares, por uma cabana mal preservada, com vários consertos necessários. E mesmo sendo um hotel de águas termais, bao disponibilizam toalhas nas piscinas. Nos obrigam a levar as nossas toalhas de banho, que somente sao trocadas a cada 2 dias.

Buen lugar para descansar. Lo malo fue el restaurante, desayuno todos los días lo mismo y para almorzar sólo 2 alternativas diarias. Además las tinajas las cobran adicional por noche.
