Sugar Beach Resort Hotel

Sugar Beach Resort Hotel

8/10 Good
"We had a good stay here but the situation with cleaning and supplies was problematic. We had a 4 night stay here and their policy is not to clean until after the 3rd night. This does not make sense as wet towels and trash accumulate. We requested cleaning after the 2nd night and somehow they didn't get the message. We ran out of supplies after the first night and had to go to the front desk with a list several times. Not enough towels, toilet paper, soap - one bar for 2 sinks and the shower, etc. The reason you stay at a hotel is so you don't have to worry about cleaning and supplies. Also, we wish you would go back to your breakfast buffet in the room overlooking the bay. So much better than the boxed breakfast delivered to the room. Other than these problems, we still had an enjoyable stay here."
