Breakfast was poor quality and very bland. Server insulted me and my wife (I notified the manager and he did immediately removed her, but was back next morning) The rest of the staff was fine.Our room was basic and constantly had many centipedes walking on all the floor and counter areas, dont walk barefoot! Very noisy at night with local guests drinking and yelling. We stayed at this location in April 2024 and it was much better. This time we paid for two nights but could not enjoy it so we left at 6am. Guard did not want to let us leave he called the manager then passed me the phone. Manager told me I had to pay my bar bill, neither I nor my wife drink nor did we consume anything there. They finally let us leave at 7am. We will not be returning there.

The resort is near beautiful beaches, it felt like camping and everyone was really nice, very quite place during the night but of course with nature sounding. The only thing that we didn’t like was the insects, our bedroom entry was full with ants, but it is understandable as is within the trees and nature.

I loved this resort, the staff was very friendly, and the area was great for families. They have an amazing pool and A/C in all the cottages. My only complaint is that the internet was out for a day, but I believe that was the internet provider's problem, not the resort's.

Staff was welcoming and very understanding about our flight cancellation. They called to check on us. Provided great info where to go to the beach. The house keeping crew made sure our place felt very welcoming. Bartender Jonathan was so awesome. Gave recommendations. Stephanie welcomed us the night we got in late. She checked on us to make sure we arrived safe in Costa Rica since AA canceled our flight.

I loved the size of the villa and what the property had to offer. It was bittersweet for the location of the property. It was peaceful being out of town and sweet to be in the jungle with the wildlife but it would have been nice to be in town to be close to restaurants and the night life.

Nos encantó el lugar, era nuestra primera vez en Limón y ahora seguirá siendo nuestra primera opción dentro del país. En la recepción nos atendieron excelente y nos resolvieron rápidamente un problemita que tuvimos con nuestra habitación, el restaurante muy rico. El único detalle que pediría es tener un poco más de variedad en el desayuno, estaba muy rico pero en los 3 días el menú prácticamente no cambió

Muito bom

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, com jardins bem cuidados, quartos equipados, roupas de cama e banho muito boas e muito proximo da natureza. Acordamos com uivo dos bugios. Foi incrível. O staff é muito atencioso e cortes. A piscina é um ponto forte, exceto pela musica alta e o mesmo ritmo o dia todo Seria incrível poder ouvir os sons da natureza ja que estávamos dentro de uma reserva.

En general todo estuvo muy bien. Para mejorar: 1) El lavatorio del baño que está dentro de la villa es súper pequeñito, entiendo que por la posición debe ser pequeño para que la puerta pueda abrir pero creo que podrían haber puesto algo un poquito más grande. En el que está, es imposible lavarse la cara sin hacer una mojason en el piso. 2) El desayuno es muy bueno, pero en los dos días que fuimos no hubo jugo de naranja (hubo otros refrescos), nuestras niñas solo toman jugo de naranja así que tuvimos que llevar nuestros propios vasos con jugo. 3) Las piscina de adultos y la de niños no tienen ninguna sombra, principalmente en la de niños deberían colocar una sombrilla o algo que de sombra en una parte para que los niños no se quemen. 4) Las barandas en balcón y gradas en la villa tienen algunos huecos por los que fácilmente podría pasar un niño pequeño y ocurrir un accidente, con algún tipo de malla eso se soluciona. Todo lo anterior es mejorable, y en general el servicio y las instalaciones nos gustaron mucho.

Lovely stay

We loved our stay there. Nice staff, nice pool area and lovely surroundings and we could hear howler monkeys. It was the most tranquil experience sitting outside our bungalow in the morning just enjoying the sounds from the nature.
