Our favorite spot in Manzanita!

I have stayed at this property with my family at least 5 times and we always love it. The deck is the perfect spot to cuddle up in a blanket and watch the birds, listen to the ocean and read a good book. The house is super-cozy and has all of the amenities to cook, hang out and enjoy your time at the beach. Easy walk to the beach and to town.

Amazing beach house

Our family of 5 and little dog loved this beach house. The beds were comfortable, great kitchen, and the fireplace was amazing. We played games, read books, had good food and had quality family time. We even got some walks in when the rain stopped. This house is only a short walk to the beach which was nice.

beautiful home with tons of kitchen amenities (oddly no soft sponges for cleaning counter/table surfaces. stayed here in November, so remembered to bring one). nice hot tub and large beds. private setting with great view of marsh land. close to beach and town. comfort. well appointed house in a beautiful setting very easy

Enjoy this home. Returning again July 28th,

Elk came close enough in wetlands to hear them eating, fabulous experience! Would like normal 10-12 in fry pan. There are odd ones with small centers. If you had shrub outside dining room windows trimmed a bit so see towards ocean would be better. Grew so much since our last visit. Gate at top of stairs comes apart easily, need repaired or better yet replaced. Bedding comforters- quilts rather to warm for this new climate were having Thank you for taking such good care of this home,

Complete perfection

We had the most incredible stay at Sand Dollar with our three children! We enjoyed coffee each morning and watching all the birds! Then we stopped for breakfast at nearby spots, Yolk was our favorite. Next we would find a hike or beach to visit and head back to Sand Dollar for naps and rest. The extremely comfortable furniture and blanket baskets everywhere were my favorite part! We’d snuggle up with a good book and a cup of tea! The thoughtful details are what sets this rental apart. We truly felt at home, which is such a gift- especially when traveling with children! The beds and linens were so comfy and the small fans in each room were appreciated! Our kids slept amazing & so did my husband and I. There were plenty of towels for showering, hot tub, and beach- which is so helpful and abnormal for beach rentals! I’m telling you this place has everything you need! Admittedly we didn’t cook, we wanted to try all the local places to eat, and I wanted a break from cooking since it’s vacation, but did notice the kitchen seemed well stocked if you were going to cook! We also LOVED the location! We were about 15 minutes from a trip up to Cannon Beach & about 5-10 minutes from everything else on our list of things we wanted to see. I was so grateful after we visited Cannon Beach that we booked a spot in Manzanita, it’s way less crowded and still darling! This house is super clean, and charming and delightful. We will be back & we will stay longer next time! We loved this place and made wonderful family memories and genuinely rested too, it’s special to us now!

Comfortable home

This home was spotless on arrival. It was well laid out, nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. It was close to the beach and a short walk to town. The back yard was a marsh where redwing blackbirds sang and elk visited in the evenings or mornings to feed. Would definitely choose this home again.

There was no wifi. We called you several times- no response. A dear friend of mine died Saturday - she couldn’t reach me. Very upsetting that you never helped with the wifi problem.
