"Robert at the front desk was so nice and put my mind at ease when he assured us our room would be there when we got there as we were delayed due to weather. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Hot tub was way too hot but other than that we had a wonderful stay. "

"The hotel was excellent. After we booked a non-refundable stay using Expedia, we were THEN told about a pet fee. Very disappointed this did not come BEFORE we booked. The fee is very unreasonable Whether you stay 1 night or 6 nights, it's $100. We stayed for 8 hours and had to pay the fee. Gratefully, the hotel staff did knock it down to $75, however a model where we are charged a deposit for the pet stay is better. Once the room is cleaned and in order, the deposit is returned if no issues are found."
