「The space was great. Had everything we need and a BBQ so that we could have an amazind Salmon dinner. Eddie and Nabeela are very friendly hosts! Would totally stay here again. Also, their fur babies were awesome as well!」

「Aliza’s place is gorgeous, cozy, and incredibly comfortable—we absolutely loved our stay! She went above and beyond to help us when we ran into a conflict before checking out. We got stuck in downtown Vancouver and ended up leaving at least two hours later than planned, but she handled it with such kindness and a positive attitude.」

「We had a fantastic stay at this property — it was truly beyond our expectations! Our family of four stayed in the basement level one-bedroom, one-bathroom suite, and we were amazed by how spacious it was — over 1,000 square feet! The entire unit is newly renovated, clean, and beautifully maintained. The furnishings are thoughtfully chosen, and the attention to detail is outstanding. The bed linens were 100% cotton and incredibly comfortable. I have to say, the mattress offered excellent support...

"Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "
